My son needs to take a test at the above address and needs a reasonable/safe hotel nearby. Any suggestions? I need this ASAP. Thanks

The Marriott Brooklyn Bridge appears to be the closest: resideo.com/us/newyork/brook... I'd check there first... There's a Comfort Inn nearby (less than a mile) that may be a bit cheaper than the Marriott: resideo.com/us/newyork/brook... Here is a Google Map showing hotels around that specific address: maps.google.com/maps?near=11... Hope that helps!
