provisions

during my drive from calais to Plerguer near Dinan, I am hoping to make a brief stop to pick up some provisions, as we will be arriving at our destination late on Saturday night - and I assume their will be few shops open on the Sunday. I was hoping to stay with the fast roads on my trip - do rest stops (service stations) have shops that sell basic provisons - bread, milk etc? and are their plenty of these rest stops on the way? any advice is welcome Thanks
