Apartments and Laundry

I'm going to be in Bratislave this summer for about 5 weeks. Is it possible to rent an empty apartment by the month? Is there a web site with such listings? Also, I hear there are few if any laundromats in Slovakia. Does anyone know of any in Bratislava? Maybe a good laundry service? Thanks.
