Best place to buy international train tickets

Hi. I have heard that it is best to buy train tickets from travel agencies, rather than at the train stations (shorter queues, staff speak English etc) - is this true? If so, could you please recommend some (preferably ones that offer discounts to youths under 26 with ISYC)? I only know of Wasteels. Thanks.
