Hi Guys, What would be the best place to fly in to,get a car, and have a nice scenic drive to Branson (within a days drive)? What things are along the way? Cheers, Kevin
I think it would be a coin flip between Memphis, Tulsa, Little Rock, St. Louis or Kansas City. I would think they all have interesting and nice drives.

The shortest drive would be from Springfield, MO. American Eagle (american airlines) flies commuters into Springfield. Try this website for info. http://www.sgf-branson-airport.com/

The Branson/Springfield Airport is the closest airport of any size at all. You could rent a car there and drive to Branson. Is is about 45 minutes from the airport to Branson.

Just a warning. Any road I've ever taken to Branson is extremely hilly and curvy. If you get motion sickness, take your medication with. Other than that, yes, it's a beautiful drive from almost any direction.
