Look for the signs of "Bricorama" or "Mr Bricolage". They are the major DIY shops in France. Depends on how much you need. For just a few metres you could find it in a normal supermarket but otherwise..... Just found out, there is no Bricorama in Boulogne, but here's a link to Mr. Bricogite at 69 rue Faidherbe with the opening times.

not needed in the area but it seems most stores for that are in nearby St Martin de Boulogne
and Keria is my favorite for that in France
