Hi, I'm looking at Boulder as my next place to settle. I've looked on craigslist and at the online newspaper classifieds. It seems there's a lot of condos. I was wondering how common it is to find an affordable (under800) 2 bed apartment that is in an old-fashioned building, or an old house that has been turned into apartments?
Hi! In response to your question, it's quite difficult to find a 2 bedroom for under 800$/month. Boulder is actually quite expensive and any good deals are snatched up by the students at the University of Colorado. You might try looking in some of the areas around Boulder, for example Longmont or Arvada.
