What to see in Bornholm ?

I am going to Copenhagen and Malmo next week and I was wondering something : is it well worth going to Bornholm island as I have no mean of transportation. Is there something very particular not to avoid or if I go to Ystag instead, the landscape and houses will be similar ? Thanks in advance.

    bornholm is quite different from the rest of denmark, because of it's cliffs and strange churches. it's a very idyllic island to visit and i would highly recommend it. gudhjem and svaneke are probaply the 2 most idyllic towns on the island, but the northern part of the island has very nice natural scenery.
