i'm an italian guy. i 'm going to Borneo with my gf! we plan to go from longhouse to similajau national park...how can we go there from longhouse? is it possible by bus or something like that... and...it is possible to go from similajau national park to miri without airplain ? thank you! Marcello
You need an invitation to visit a longhouse which means you need a local guide to bring you there. This is the proper way to do it. I suggest when you are in Miri, go around and shop for a tour agency to arrange a visit. They will also arrange all your food, accommodation as usually the longhouse is not near town/city areas. You definitely need to stay at least 1 night for the experience.
