Good Eating Near Bordeaux Train Station

I am traveling up from biarritz to la rochelle in september, and as i am changing trains in bordeaux i thought i might spend a few hours getting myself some lunch. so can anybody recommend somewhere nice, not too expensive that i will be able to get some food and a bottle of wine, that is near to the station ('st jean'?)

    Hi ! I live in Bordeaux near the train station and I can show you a place to eat and to buy a red wine bottle !! Just say me when it is exaclty and I will check if I will be there at this moment ! As I'm at the moment in Galway, Ireland for a clinical attachment it will be great to find somebody to speak english ! Take care Clément
