Outlet shopping in Bordeaux or midi-pyrenees and/or Northern Spain

We are furnishing a home in Italy. While travelling in France, we would like to purchase housewares and furnishings at discount outlets. Does anyone know discount factories or outlets in Southern or central France? We are starting in Toulouse, mini-pyrenees area, but are flexible. Also would be interested in factories or outlets in Northern Spain. Many thanks!
