BOLZANO IN WINTER

Hello. I´m sorry for my English, I will be visiting Bolsano this coming Winter and I would like any advise about good place to do easy sky or maybe alpine sky since we are novice, a advice of what to do near by will be welcome as well, also does the stevio pass is open during winter? does any recommend to rent a car and drive through the country? any other suggestion will be welcome adolfo.
