Well, u will see the main attractions in Bohol with your program ...
What I wonder is that "The Chocolate Hills" in Carmen / Bohol is not included in your program, so, u have been there before and so u wanna skip it this time, or maybe another reason ... ?
Kasi, if u r in Bohol and have not been to Chocolate Hills before, I would suggest u to visit that, too, as on the way u will be able to see the "Man Made Forest" and "Hanging Bridge", too ....
Enjoy your time in Bohol .... :)

Looks fine, but as suggested the Chocolate Hills might be worth a trip.

Lunch@Bee Farm? Dont forget to order this yummy treat: seafood soup, grilled squid, honeyed chicken capped by a round of their famous ice cream. Buy their take home honeyed salabat-great for colds.
Loboc River cruise is not as fun as it sounds. Try the dusk firefly river tour instead
Chocolate Hills: best time to arrive there is sun-set. Sun is not so hot for your preggy sister and not a lot of tourists.
Baclayon Church: bring loose change for the donation box and take reflection pictures brought about by the stained glass windows. You'll love the way the pictures will turn out so ethereal.

how many months pregnant by the time of your trip?

Yeah, by how many months pregnant is your sis? You could choose between Carmen or Sagbayan should you want to see the Chocolate Hills. The one in Carmen has high steep steps (approximately 100 steps) as compared to Sagbayan. Your sis might be having a hard time if she's in her third trimester already.
But definitely, you don't want to miss the hills coz' it's summer and it's the best time to visit it.
