Suggestions for an authentic Turkish bath experience in Bodrum

We will be in Bodrum for one day as a port on our cruise in Sept. We would like to get an authentic turkish bath (not modern spa) and wondering if anyone had suggestions? Also, I am concerned about time constraints and being able to fit it in with other siteseeing so I was wondering if I should/can make an appointment or arrangements before hand? Any information is greatly appreciated!
