We're travelling from from the Eurostar in a few days is there a train from Brussels Midi to Blankenberge Duinse? OR is there a train in Brussels to Blankenberge Duinse area? Your advice is appreciated.
Ofcourse there is a train. See www.nmbs.be for times and prices. The trip planner on that site can plan trips door to door, so you can just enter the address of the place you're going to and it will tell you what trains and buses (if any) you need to get to your destination.
