I went to Kyrgyzstan a few years back and all I received was a written letter from the individual I was visiting and then filled in an application form. The Consulate in London were very obliging in their help.It was far easier than going to Russia

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately none of the Central Asian countries have embassies or consulates in Brazil , so I cant get any information. Seems so bureaucratic this kind of letter....No idea about how to obtain it.

According to this site you can obtain a visa at the airport as you are from Brazil. As for a letter of invitation according to this you don't need one! kyrgyz-embassy.be/?lang=en&m...

Ola Paulo! Try to look through it mfa.kg/consular-service/obsh... As a Russian citizen I don’t need a visa and I was in Kirgizia at me friend’s home but if you will have any questions after visiting their website – let me know, I’ll try to help you.
