Does anyone know a route to the beach shoreline at McWay Falls? I'd like to snap some pics from that vantage point

You didn't mention any such trail in your first posting. We can't give you what you don't ask for. There is no trail for beach access. The only way down is to climb down the cliff by making your own trail.
