I am an Indian national, planning a 5 days holiday in Bhutan in June 2013. Can someone suggest which places I should be visiting
1.This is the official website of Bhutan Tourism. A great read:

3. Why not contact the VT members of Bhutan for latest inside information?

Well, there are plenty of things to do, it depends on what you're interested in. Spending some time in the capital Timphu, or the other major city of Paro is a good idea. Paro is near the location of the legendary Taksang, the Tiger's Sanctuary, which is a crazy climb but also a great visit.
Or you could strike out to the outer regions of the country, do some trekking, see some of the national parks. Bhutan has plenty available if you can let us know what you're interested in seeing/doing.

Bhutan is rich in Culture and tradition... you may choose cultural tour or festival tours also and if you like trekking then trekking is also best
