we used Courtyard by Marriott, Berlin-Mitte, while visiting Berlin some years ago. Nice location, walkable distance to Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, etc. We also had nice customer service.... Enjoy Berlin!!

If you search a cheap hostel with fair prices...the Cityhostel Berlin is to be recommended. You have comfort, a tasty breakfast and friendly personal.
