Hi:-) I wanted to print out the different sheets about the restaurants and activities in Bergamo today, and unfortunately I get an error message (which I hope is only temporary) but the result is that I cannot see the Bergamo pages at all. I will come to the early registration on Thursday at 4pm, but can anyone tell me the name and address of the restaurant where we'll be eating on the 31st? Thank you in advance for your help:-) Ellen
I just tried ro find it for you but "Meetings Board" seems to be out of action. I can't find any Bergamo Meetings - or anywhere else - at the moment.

As far as I know there's no organised dinner, but we have the possibility to join the First Timers' Gathering at Caffé Falconi, 41 Via Camozzi at 17:30 (5.30PM). PJ

Hi PJ! The First Timers Gathering is for those who've not attended a Eurmeet before, so they're not overwhelmed by a large group of VTers!!! It's been timed early, so that the TFTG, can then move onto other 'pre-meets' One possible venue would be VOX on Via Papa Giovani next the the Hotel Mercure, with it's Happy Hour buffet.

Hi PJ - the only evening activity planned (after Early Registration) is the first Timers Gathering. We've arranged this just for those who are attending EurMeet as their first VT EuroMeet so that they can meet a few VTers and not be 'overwhelmed' by their first meal where we will be 84+! There's a great bar on Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII called Vox which has a lovely happy hour from 17:00. Maybe you'd like to host your own mini-meet there (in the spirit of EurMeet). Ellen, glad you got the simple sheet version of the whole weekend. I wanted to send it out to everyone but you can't attach anything to a mass meeting e-mail and putting in over 90 e-mail addresses was just too much of a challenge for me. Happy to send it on to anyone who wants it, though! See you all soon!!!

Thank you everybody for your answers:-) Fortunately the stream works and all the information about Bergamo is now available. About the 31st I think it is much better to just improvise about who will have an evening meal or who will just grab a light snack. We have 3 planned meals already thanks to the organizers, and I imagine there are so many other interesting things to do instead of eating:-) I am looking forward to meeting you all:-)
