Train to Freilassing, change there to Berchtesgaden and take the bus (about 10 min) or walk (about 45 min) to Königssee. Schedules are all on www.bahn.de

DB timetable reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/qu... From: Munich To: Schönau, St. Bartholomä St. Bartholomä is the famous small pilgrimage church at Lake Königssee which is on most pics of Lake Königssee. The DB timetable has even the schedule of the boats (SCHIFF) on the lake. If you plan to use the Bavaria Ticket select as means of transport "only local transport". The Bavaria Ticket covers the bus from Berchtesgaden to Schönau, but not the boats on the lake.
