Arriving on cruise ship on Jan. 29th. What would be the cost of a taxi from cruise port to Municipal airport?? Thanks.

When I lived in Belize City, the fare for that trip was BZ$5 (US$2.50) per taxi, not per passenger, but I think the fares have gone up to BZ$6 or7 since then. Just make sure you and the driver are both clear on the exact amount AND currency BEFORE you get in the taxi. Often a driver will just say7, and then at the destination say that he meant US$7. US dollars are accepted in Belize.
