Still confused: BELIZE vs Roatan, HONDURAS

Help!!!! BELIZE - Amerbgris Caye, or Roatan Island, Honduras Seems to be good things about both Opinions really welcome!! Which has: better beaches - best nightlife - most options for excursions into rainforest, mayan ruins etc - best people Help!
