Bus from the Yucatan?

Can anyone give me the quickest route from Cancun airport to Belize city via bus? We get in at 9:30 p.m is there any way to do overnight service into Belize City? Also, what are the costs? Does anyone remember what the border charges are on both sides? Thanks, Scott
