Sarajevo to Belgrade by Bus

I'm planning to visit Belgrade on 31 Dec 08 by bus. I would like to comfortable night buses with AC are available. From where and how I can take the bus? I also want to know about the duration, cost and safety. I do not speak the local language. Will it be difficult to communicate in English? Thank you. anil
