I suspect you need a vet to carry out the procedures re bringing an animal back into the UK? You will know that the timing is crucial, so if you are returning by ferry, you will need to book an appointment with a vet adjacent to your ferry port e.g. Calais. Perhaps in your case it would be Hook of Holland or Rotterdam? I am sorry that I cannot help with a vet in either place but the ferry lines are usually pretty helpful in this regard. Also, there is a website specifically for this sort of info - will see if I can suss it out and get back to you.
