Will be traveling from Belguim to France to tour Juno and Omaha beach. Most tours depart from this town, can anyone recomend a nice hotel, clean, central and not to much money. Also how busy is it the first 2 weeks of Sept. Will I have trouble getting a reservation for a few nights midweek. Any other suggestion would be great. Also we will travel by train, is the station right downtown.?? Thank you
My first alternative was Le Lion d'Or. You can check out the reviews on tripadvisor at tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review... I believe it is a short walk from the train station in Bayeux, but please double check. My first choice was a B&B in Crepon which I got for later in September without a problem. Karl
