May Day in Bavaria-Where would you spend it?

Hello all. Last spring my wife and I were in Bavaria for two weeks and she wanted to see a "tradtional" May Day celebration. I figured a town like Mittenwald would be great and we were not disappointed. We are going back to Bavaria next spring, with another couple, and would like to repeat this nice day. I know Mittenwald will be enjoyable, but curious if any of you have suggestions on other wonderful villages or towns to enjoy this at? I am looking forward to hearing some other options and opinions.
