We are coming to Saint Kitts, near Basseterre, for a few months. I love to cook and I want to eat fresh. What kind of fresh food will I find? What is the local traditional favorite's?
A favourite local dish is goat water, which is a type of soup. I also love johnny cakes. The local seafood is delicious. (mahi mahi, grouper, snapper)
