Transportation from Port to Airport

Has anyone taken the Viking Rhine River cruise that lands in Basel? We are looking for means of transportation from the river port to the airport. Can someone help?

    AFAIK Viking can organize transfer for you if not then there is a frequent bus service from the main Basel railway station to the airport, and there is public transport from everywhere in basel to the main station. Find out where exactly the ship is docking and then use www.sbb.ch to find out the timetables.
