Guest house questions

Ana's Guest House Barcelona or The Patio B and B Barcelona ? The Aparthotel just emailed me that they overbooked and cannot honour my reservation, which leaves me with the above options... Any pros to one over the other, they both seem nice. Of note, Ana's is 20 E cheaper per night than the Patio.
