Hi! I've made reservations at the Ideal Youth Hostel in Placa Catalunya in Barcelona. Am a little unsure about my choice, if anyone has heard of the place or has stayed there, let me know. Please, if anyone knows, how far is the place from the Barcelona Forum or the International Convention Center in Barcelona? Thanks so much!
hi the plaça de Catalunya is the heart of barcelona. i believe there is a lot of public transport to the forum. but the forum hasn't success, few people go there.

Forget the Forum, it's utter crap. If you want to enjoy yourself there are plenty of more interesting things to do in the city centre.

Hi! I don't know about that youth hostel.I've been in Barcelona just two months ago,really there are much to see in the city,but if you have the chance go to the Forum,really is not very interesting,but there is two nice museums and a very interesting pavilion about the languages in the world that worth a visit!.It is very easy to go to Forum from the center of the city using the metro or also the new tramway.
