Ezekiel, please clarify...you are referring to Bangui in Ilocos Norte, right? David, the link you gave is for Bangui in a different country.

If you are referring to Bangui, Ilocos Norte, you probably are planning to go to the Windmill Farm. As far as I know there are no hotels in that town. Most tourists who go there are billeted at a beach resort/hotel in Pagudpud or an inn or hotel in Laoag City. If you really want to stay in Bangui, I suggest you inquire from the Bangui Municipal Tourism Office if they can make arrangements for a home stay.
