Hi there, what is the distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Baan K Hotel in North Sathorn Rd, Bang Rak and the best method of transport to use? We got a quote for 1000 baht one way, it seems a bit much to me. Would appreciate some advice on alternatives. Cheers.
Alternative if you want to carry your bags a little and save a buck or two is to take the Rail Link to subway at Makkasan. Get off at Makkasan, walk to subway (maybe 5 minutes) then subway to Lumphini. Since you did not give us a link to the hotel this is a suggestion. This place??? baankresidencebangkok.com/lo... The taxi from the airport is 300 Baht, more or less, to most hotels in Bangkok. Get it at the outside taxi stand, and make him run the meter.
