Hi, We will be 4 ladies arriving in Bangkok in the evening and we have agreed to pay for a private Airport Transfer to our hotel, however there seem to be so many companies that do this I am looking for a reliable, recommended service I can pre-book online. Would also like one for Phuket too if possible? I have tried to find this in these forums, but all I can find is taxi and train advice, which is not what we would like. Thanks in advance,
newthaiairport.com/bangkok-a... It appears you can book ahead, although we've only booked them upon arrival. A shuttle van will run you 1,500 baht.

Maybe getting a ride through your hotel would work too. Some hotels have their own transportation or know companies they can rely on. Good luck.

Just make sure that whatever the hotel offers isn't billed on a per person basis.

hello look www.bangkokairporttaxi.net I think they ask 900 baht for transportation to BKK centrum. they are correct, I take the transportation to Hua Hin for 2200 baht, the price is for the car and you pay only to the driver at the end of the trip.

Arriving at Suvarnabhumi, I'd recommend the Airports of Thailand (AOT) own limousine service. In my experience, they always have a clean, affordable car available and have been hassle free. They don't charge extra for tolls and don't expect a tip (but I'm sure one is always appreciated). For four persons without much luggage, you could fit into a Camry or a Teana. More likely, you'll have enough luggage to require a larger vehicle like AOT's Isuzu SUV (which is actually AOT's least expensive hire). Unfortunately, AOT doesn't take online bookings. However, AOT has kiosks throughout the terminal and keeps a large fleet of vehicles parked at curbside. Arriving at Phuket, a hotel-provided car is usually the safest option, albeit not the cheapest option.

Just back from Thailand.www.bangkokairporttaxi.net same as www.thaicalltaxi.com have several types of transport. A van for 9 persons, pick up at airport is 1200 bath. We booked transfer from and to Pattaya by car, Transfer from and to City hotel by van and 1 day rent of van with driver. Their website is easy to use, payment to the driver afther the trip, no visa card required. Always in time. I surely use them again on my next trip.
