Situation & weather in bangkok now

hi folks, I will b going to bangkok on 25th sep'11 n back on 28th. I had make a booking for a hotel stay in silom. May I kno the situation n weather in bangkok now, coz I saw in paper bangkok was now face flood... Pls advice should I postpond my trip...? thanks so much
