Recommended Tattoist in Bangkok

Hi!! my friend and I are planning to go to Bangkok next week and my friend is interested to get a new tattoo in Bangkok. I've been browsed in internet that Khao San Road is one of the main place to get a tattoo. But could anyone recommend which shop is the recommended one? and if is there any better tattoist outside Khao San Road? Looking forward to your info.. thanks a lot -Nuning-
