Yup, Swissotel Nai Lert Park is definitely 5 star. It is a fantastic place run by Raffles International and so you can be assured of some standard. Very Zen-like and spacious interiors. It's a 5 ~ 10 minutes walk to Chitlom BTS, depending on how fast you walk. I loved it when I was invited to the place last year for a friend's wedding. You will definitely enjoy your stay there. Just my 2 cents.... :-)

HI there, I stayed at the Nai Lert last year. Well, it´s indeed an upgraded, stylish hotel, situated in a nice, small park. Breakfast is good, but the rooms are a bit disappointing. However, the price is more than fair for a hotel of this class. It´s not far to the skytrain station, just a short walk. A good place for relaxation. Another option would be the Holiday Inn Bangkok. It´s renovated and nice designed, cheaper and directly in the middle of the shopping malls like Gaysorn, World trade center etc... Enjoy your stay in this fantastic city Ciao from Bremen
