Just to clear up an old fart's idea of what "nail art" is - you do mean designs painted on finger nails - right?
In Sri Lanka I remember seeing artistic designs with real nails (brads, flat head, spikes, etc.) that looked pretty good from a distance!
For FINGER nail art maybe see a salon.
