You can take the SARL skytrain to Phayathai, then flag a taxi from there.

You can take the Airport Rail Link, get off at Ratchaprarop Station (2nd last stop) and walk to the hotel. Its about 500m from the station.

Suvanarbhumi to Phayatai is about 45 baht, about 40 baht to Ratchaprarop by ARL. Then taxi from either stations to hotel maybe 50-60 baht.

What time are you arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport? City Rail Service does not run from midnight to 6 a.m. Never heard of this place, looking at the hotel website it says 15 minutes walk from nearest Skytrain station. When you use a meter taxi in Bangkok city area only pay the meter fare and have small bills and coins too.

There are hotels closer to the Ratchaprorop Rail Link station that you can walk to in a short time.
(Makkasan Inn, near Ratchaprorop, and P. R. Place. P.R. Place can be seen from Ratchaprorop train station.)

If you arrive at Suvarnabhumi after midnight you will have to use a taxi from the taxi rank. Same price in a taxi for one passenger or for full load.

Good luck.

The Ratchaprarop might actually appear a tiny bit closer to the hotel. But, I believe the traffic flow will make a taxi ride actually further.
