Hi, I am looking for some good bangalore hotels guide website, found many in searchengine but not so great.. one site http://www.bangalore-hotels.net/ was good.. but need even better site which got more hotel details. Thanks
Why not check with popular sites such as makemytrip.com or yatra.com? Otherwise I would recommend browing through VT itself, I do have a good listing of hotels in bangalore on my Bangalore page. Do check the same and write in if you have more queries. Hope this helps Abi

Yes, you can browse through yatra.com or makemytrip.com but I think travelguru.com is a better site as it provides a mixed type of search. I mean, it will provide you with a good choice to select from in all the ranges. If you are looking for around 3000INR/day room, u may prefer VT paradise near corporation. This palce is adjacent to Bangalore High Court. I u are looking for a hotel in a range >3000INR then I will suggest u Hotel Rama which is on Lavelle road walkable from Brigade road (Posh Street). It will cost you around 4500-5000 per night. You may find other good hotels nearby. One of them is Hotel Museum Inn but it is even costlier. However, their are one or two cheap hotels near Hotel Museum Inn but u have to book well in advance. I hope this will help. Keep Smiling Vivek Dadu

We were just in Bangalore for a few days. We stayed at Hotel Ajanta on MG Road. This ended up being a great location, close to Cubbon park, Brigade road, Commercial street, Nasa for drinks, etc. This Hotel was good for the price, 770 rupees for a double room. Have fun, and dont forget to eat at Nargajuna and Mavalli Tiffin Rooms. and Koshy's too!

Near to Hotel Ajantha, Hotel Brindavan (on MG Road) is equally good and if I remember correctly, it is in the same range. I had stayed there but you have to book it in advance. You may find lots of foreigners there. Keep Smiling Vivek Dadu
