See my dilemna?? My partner and I want to visit June next year only fir a week prior to a cruise out of Singapore. Khao lak seems good - any suggestions on accomodation?? We have both been to Krabi.. What is Lanta like?? Look forward to hearing from anyone..
It depends on what you expect... if you need ac, fridge and warm water you will be wrong there , but WE did like our Bungalow at the "Garden Beach Resort" , right on the beach very much. Picture: ina-lange.de/db_DSC086511.jp... It's quite in the "center" of Khao Lak, down on the beach. The people there running it are very nice and good english speaking. We paid 400Bht a night (in October, low season). have fun and say hello to the hermit crabs ;o) Harry
