How do I get from Cruise ship to airport(BWI)

I am arriving in Baltimore in Oct and trying to find options on getting from Cruise ship to the airport? What are my choices and how long do they take? or is there a car rental close to pier?

    walk along Baltimore street & find the light rail station. pay 1.60 & it will take you to the airport in about 20 minutes
