Does anyone know of Baltic tours in the first week of April beginning in Talinn and ending in Lithuania? Are roads safe if we rent a car? I'd appreciate replies sent to my email. Thanks in advance. Gerrieryan1@cox.net
Hi, I don't know anything about Baltic, CT, but a couple of years ago my father & I rented a car & drove all around Estonia. We had no problems at all - the main roads were all in good shape & seemed safe. Have fun! -- Karen
