Hi, I am in Bali now, I would like to know a good optician as I need to make a pair of spectacles, I am staying in Nasue Dua. Thanks for u reply.

There are many many good opticians here in Bali, particularly down south where you are staying. Just go to the concierge desk where you're currently staying in Nusa Dua and ask. Fifteen years of living on Bali I've had all my prescription glasses and sunglasses made right here.

Discovery Mall and Galleria Mall in Denpassar have both got several of the big national outlets. Places like Optic Melawai and Optic Seis are usually very high quality, have a lot of frame selection and quite inexpensive. They are are usually also 1 stop, so you can do the eye exam and buy the glasses at the same time.
