I will be travelling to Indonesia width my family.I will have a few days for my own adventures. Anybody been to Indonesia before to suggest for me the places to visit? And the hotels that I can book? Thanks!
HI, My experience in Bali really was worthwhile. When you go there, make sure that you visit this wonderful temple they have, it is called Pura Taman Ayun. Amazingly built temples they are, you will surely like seeing those temples, very ancient design but still a good view. I recommend you go around the town via the Moped, their primary means of transportation in there.

There is many places in Bali one can stay at ,I guess it depends on your budget or if you prefer staying at the beach or not. Where in Bali are you planning to go to with your family then we can maybe recommend other stuff for your own adventurers.

we (small family) visited Bali last year and enjoyed every bit of it. We preferred staying in a peaceful place and avoided the crowded touristy areas. This is the review of the place we stayed: Villa Purnama: "An off-the-beaten accomodation" - Bali Hotel Tip by Mozumbus We did some water sports, visited Uluwatu temple and saw Kecak Kecak dance, attended the Balinese New Year celeberations - Ogoh-Ogoh, and treated ourselves with the massage and spa in Ubud. If Bali with “the family” means kids, then rest assured, Bali is a great family orientated holiday destination. The Balinese adore kids, their own and everyone else's too. My wife and I have been raising three boys here in Ubud, Bali for many years, and there is no other place on earth we’d rather be raising our boys than right here. Personally, I wouldn’t suggest Kuta for a family destination as Kuta is a raucous party town with lots of behavior not suitable for kids to be seeing. Aside from Kuta/Legian, most all the rest of Bali is simply perfect.
