Bingin area or Bukit Peninsula, Bali

Will be in Bali this mid-July for my yearly trip to this island and planning to stay in Bingin area @ Bukit Peninsular for the first time. I need some enquiries on places to eat in this area, also what is the best way for me to get around the beaches like, Dreamland, Padang Padang, Bingin, Balanga and etc. I will be staying in Alamanda specifically and wish to know which of the beaches mentioned is ner the hotel. Is it within walking distance or should I rent a bike to get around. Also, planning for a romantic dinner in these areas, any suggestions? Tips on spa is very much welcome too. Thanks in advance.
