Hi all, My city centre hotel is quoting 50 manat for a one way airport transfer. Is this the going rate? What about if i just land and get a taxi? cheers
Hi there.U better take a taxi by yourself.It shouldnt be cost more than 15-20 Maat.If they ask u for more, max is 25.

I disagree - it's very hard for a foreigner to get a taxi from the airport for 15-20 manat. I speak Russian, but I still have a very hard time negotiating with the airport taxi drivers, who are very stubborn, since they know you are trapped at the airport without them. 50 is definitely too much though, and it will probably be cheaper in regular taxi -- just be prepared for quite a bit of frustrating haggling.
