My friend wants her kids to see their dad, who is in Tijuana, but she can't go. She asked me if I could take them. They have their passports and so do I. What is needed to be able to do this without getting into any problems????
leaving for northern baja next weekend! :) i see on the posts for bahia de los angeles that you mention seeing both dolphins & whales while kayaking. the different articles i have read so far all mention whale sighting from january to march?? i will not be going farther south -- can anyone recommend where is the best place in northern baja to have a chance to see whales during december?? thanks, marianna
