Transient Home in Baguio for Group of 10-12

I am looking for a transient house in baguio good for 10-12 people A usable kitchen is a must(complete with utensils and cooking tools). Budget is 4k Thanks!!!

    We rented a townhouse (see pic on my Baguio City page) for P3800 last weekend. It has 3 rooms, 2t/b, living room & kitchen with cooking tools & utensils. It's in a residential area with a small merchandise store across it and a few minutes walk to a 7-11. Call JR at 09205921534.
